Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed and/or shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We will review each request individually and, where appropriate, may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If you experience a shipping issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
