1. Sponsor

The 11 Cloud $4,999 Cash Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by America Super Duty ("Sponsor").

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026, at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time ("Sweepstakes Period").

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family members of Sponsor, and members of their household, are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

4. How to Enter

Purchase Entries

Eligible purchases made through the 11 Cloud website during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive entries as follows:

  • Classic Cloud – 10,000 Entries

  • Deluxe Cloud – 15,000 Entries

  • VIP Cloud – 20,000 Entries

  • VVIP Cloud – 25,000 Entries

Entries are awarded after a qualifying purchase has been successfully completed.

Canceled orders, refunded orders, returned orders, fraudulent transactions, disputed charges, or chargebacks may result in the removal of associated entries.

5. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – Via Mail

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may obtain Sweepstakes entries by legibly hand-printing their full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" × 5" card or paper, and mailing it in a #10 business-size envelope with sufficient first-class postage affixed to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2026, and received no later than August 7, 2026, to be eligible.

Each valid mail-in entry will receive one hundred (100) giveaway entries.

Mail-in entry cards and envelopes must be hand-printed by the entrant. Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, computer-generated, automated, or mass-produced entries are void. Entrants may not use any third party or automated service to prepare or submit entries. Each envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments or multiple entries submitted in a single envelope will not be accepted.

Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, duplicate, postage-due, or non-compliant entries may be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered mail.


6. Entry Limits

There is no limit to the number of giveaway entries an eligible participant may receive through qualifying purchases during the Sweepstakes Period.

Mail-in entries are limited to one (1) entry per envelope. Each envelope must be mailed separately with sufficient first-class postage.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to circumvent these entry limits through the use of multiple identities, automated methods, bulk mailings, or any other fraudulent or deceptive means, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

7. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

Grand Prize:

  • $4,999 USD Cash

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,999.00 USD.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

8. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing is expected to occur on or about August 7, 2026.

A recorded video of the drawing may be published by Sponsor.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry.

The selected winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification.

Failure to respond within the required time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

10. Verification

Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to:

  • Verify age and eligibility;

  • Provide valid government-issued identification;

  • Complete any tax documentation required by applicable law (including a Form W-9, if applicable); and

  • Sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, where permitted by law.

Failure to complete these requirements within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification.

11. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

Sponsor may issue any tax forms required by applicable law.

12. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

14. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, representatives, successors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except as prohibited by applicable law.

15. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
